The first thing my group and I did was sit down and discuss what locations would be best suited for our ideas. We decided on three possible locations;
-St. Mary's church on the Harrow Hill
-Horsenden Hill
-The church in wembley
We visited each location seperately and together, taking pictures and angling possible shots we could use. All of these locations had three things in common that made them possible contenders;
-They were all quite sinister in the right lighting
-We could (at least, Caitlin and I could) starring and looking brilliant in editing and the final piece
-And they all tied into the vision that I had for our final film opening.
We then had another meeting where we discussed our filming schedule and what would be easiest for us, taking into account travelling and costs, carrying equipment, being able to travel with actors in costume (I mean, I'd be pretty scared if I saw a demon on my train). So we decided to use the Horsenden Hill location and St. Mary's church, purely out of convineince, as St. Mary's church is just a walk away from our Harrow College Campus, and Horsenden Hill is another short walk away from my own home.
